In ogni caso dipende da tipo e consistenza delle patate, dopo le prime prove
imparerete a dominare l'impasto... è x questo che le patate sono state
bollite a pezzi e senza buccia, erano eccezionali (patate a pasta gialla di Avezzano acquistate sul posto pochi giorni prima!) </div>
